I am sorry things are so difficult for you at the moment.

I understand why some people might wish to ‘take Ashley to the cleaners’, as you put it. That is not, however, how the law works. It does not deliver revenge.

I am glad you found the Divorce and Family section of our website helpful. As you saw on the Maintenance page, I can assure you that the Court will ‘interpret your needs generously’ while at the same time, of course, striking a fair balance between you and Ashley.
