I am sure you agree it probably wasn’t a good idea to let the world’s press photograph your two year old wearing false eye-lashes.

Usually Mum and Dad both have Parental Responsibility for their children and, as the notes on our website tell you, this means rather more than just being responsible parents. The law is also very clear that the welfare of the children is the Courts’ ‘paramount consideration’.
